Therapeutic Approach
Person-centered therapy is at the heart of my work. Rooted in research, this approach emphasizes compassion, authenticity, and a judgment-free space where meaningful therapeutic relationships can thrive. Alongside a person-centered foundation, I integrate principles of Intersectionality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support holistic, flexible, and effective care.
Philosophy
I believe that all clients already have innate strengths and deserve to have a community that upholds them when it’s too much to cope with alone. This means I will walk alongside you and seek to create a space where you feel heard, seen, and can build on your strengths to reach your goals. I bring an energy and creativity to counseling that makes it fun, engaging, and challenging!
