What it’s like to work together

Let's be honest—being a teen or young adult can be a lot.

You're expected to figure out who you are, make big decisions about your future, keep up with school, sports, friends, family, social media, and somehow still have your life together. That's a lot of pressure for anyone.

I work with teens and young adults who are feeling stressed, anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of trying to handle everything on their own. Some are athletes, some are high achievers, some are still figuring out what they want—and many are somewhere in between.

My goal is to make therapy feel like a place where you can actually be yourself. You don't need to have the right words, a perfect plan, or even know exactly why you're here. We'll figure it out together.

My style is laid-back, interactive, and real. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to show up as yourself, laugh when you need to, be honest about what's hard, and leave with something useful—not just another conversation.

Together we'll focus on building confidence, managing stress, improving relationships, working through challenges, and helping you move toward the life you want—not the one you think you're supposed to have.

With more than 10 years of experience supporting teens and young adults in both educational and counseling settings, I've had the opportunity to work with people from all kinds of backgrounds and life experiences. My experience coaching athletics has also shaped my approach, giving me a strong appreciation for resilience, growth, teamwork, and learning how to bounce back when things don't go as planned.

I integrate person-centered therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build practical skills, gain confidence, and create meaningful change.

I received my Master's degree in Education with a specialization in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University.
