What it’s like to work together
I work with teens and young adults who are navigating pressure—from school, sports, relationships, or high expectations—and trying to figure out how to keep up without burning out.
Some of the people I see are dealing with anxiety, low motivation, or feeling stuck despite wanting to do well. Others are athletes or students who feel pressure to perform and push through challenges without always having space to talk about it. I also work with individuals looking to build confidence, explore identity, and move toward what matters to them.
My style is energetic, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space that feels comfortable and real, while also helping you stay motivated, build confidence, and make meaningful progress. Together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in the way and building practical strategies to help you move forward.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults in both educational and counseling settings. I also bring experience coaching athletics, which informs my work around performance, resilience, and growth. My approach integrates person-centered therapy with CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
I received my Master’s degree in Education in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University.
