What it’s like to work together

I work with children (7+), teens, and parents navigating the complexities of family life and striving understanding their children’s needs.

My goal is to empower clients and families with practical tools, increased self-awareness, and confidence in their strengths so they can build resilience and thrive in everyday life.

With a background in educational counseling, I have extensive experience supporting adolescents with including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the social and emotional challenges of development.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), systematic desensitization, and creative interventions to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies in a way that feels engaging and approachable.

For clients experiencing ADHD, executive functioning, or learning challenges, I provide support in building skills such as organization, time management, planning, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. Together, we develop practical strategies that foster greater confidence, independence, and success at school, work, home, and in relationships.

I received my Master's of Education in School Counseling from Seattle University.
