Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in neuroscience and hope. I draw on evidence-based practices and an insight-oriented lens to help clients understand the "why" behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify patterns, break unhelpful cycles, and move toward greater life satisfaction. I commonly integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
Philosophy
I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and authentic, open communication. My goal is to empower clients to navigate challenges, strengthen their coping skills, and move toward a greater sense of well-being. I'm passionate about helping people recognize what they’re already doing well, nurture the positive relationships in their lives, and build on the social-emotional strengths they already possess.
