What it’s like to work together

I work with teens and adults who are used to holding a lot—often quietly—and trying to manage it on their own.

Some of the people I see are high-achieving professionals who feel burned out or disconnected despite doing everything “right.” Others are teens struggling with depression or pressure they don’t always know how to talk about. I also work with parents navigating profound loss, families impacted by addiction, and individuals carrying a level of guilt that feels difficult to move past.

In our work together, we focus on understanding what’s actually driving what you’re experiencing. We look at patterns—how you think, respond, and relate—so that change isn’t just temporary, but actually sticks.

My style is thoughtful, evidence-based, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what’s going on, while also helping you move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over a decade of experience supporting teens and adults through complex life challenges. My approach integrates neuroscience with evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT.

I received my Master’s degree in Education in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University.
