Whole Space Counseling offers individual therapy for adults, young adults, and teens. We support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and emotional regulation.

We provide in-person counseling in Snoqualmie Valley, Washington, as well as secure virtual therapy for clients across Washington and Arizona.

Once your first appointment is scheduled, your therapist will guide you through the process.

Your first therapy session is the start of a supportive conversation. We’ll spend time getting to know you, what brought you in, and what you’re hoping for. Your therapist will explain how therapy works and answer any questions you have, while creating a space where you feel heard and respected. You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say; showing up is enough.

We are primarily an out-of-network, private-pay practice. This allows us to provide thoughtful, individualized care without barriers and restrictions from insurance companies.

We offer clear, upfront session rates and can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. If you have questions about fees or payment, we’re happy to help!
