What it’s like to work together

I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles that may feel difficult to put into words. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, weighed down by what they've experienced, or unsure of how to move forward.

My goal is to create a space without judgment, pressure, or having to have everything figured out. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, build practical tools for managing life's challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I often incorporate creative approaches such as art, music, and other expressive techniques when they fit a client's needs and interests.

My style is warm, collaborative, creative, and authentic. I strive to help clients feel seen, understood, and empowered while building the insight and skills needed to create the life they want.

My approach is trauma-informed and draws from CBT, DBT, and creative modalities. I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
