What it’s like to work together

I work with teens and adults who are navigating experiences that feel overwhelming, unresolved, or difficult to talk about.

Some of the people I see are working through trauma, grief, or experiences that continues to impact their daily lives. Others feel disconnected, have trouble managing emotions, or aren’t sure how to process what they’ve been through.

In our work together, we focus on understanding your experience and finding ways to process it that feel accessible and meaningful. In addition to traditional therapy, I incorporate creative approaches—such as art and music.

My style is warm, collaborative, and creative. I aim to create a space where you can be yourself, explore what’s coming up, and try new ways of understanding and expressing your experience—while also building skills that support real change.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with experience supporting teens and adults in both individual and group settings. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates DBT and CBT, along with creative modalities when appropriate.

I received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
