Professional Background
I bring a blend of clinical expertise and real-world, people-centered experience to my work as a counselor. In my work at a substance abuse and mental health recovery center, I supported clients through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and practical skill-building for long-term healing. This work deepened my understanding of trauma, addiction, and the power of a safe, nonjudgmental space.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Therapeutic Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, narrative, and person-centered therapies. Depending on your needs, we might also incorporate creative tools like art or music therapy—sometimes, words don’t say it all, and that’s okay! I believe therapy should be a space where your full self is welcome, and where growth can happen in ways that feel meaningful and empowering to you.
Philosophy
I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where you don’t have to go it alone. My approach is person-centered and rooted in genuine connection, curiosity, and care. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and somatic exercises when appropriate, as I believe the body is a wealth of knowledge in healing. I truly believe that healing looks different for everyone and I’m looking forward to working with you!
